Returns and Exchanges Information
If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 15-30 days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include your order number and let us know the reason for the return or exchange.
Some pillow have a Re-stocking Fee.
We regret that we cannot accept returns after 30 days for any reason.
After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward via email an RA Number.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition.

Made to Order Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
