Standard Ground Free Shipping

 

All items that are in-stock ship within 7 to 10 business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Many of our items delivery lead times will vary.

 

It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or suppliers availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order.

 

LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY

HH Pillows does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your order. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give you an accurate lead time.

 

Our deliveries are sent by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Post Office Box Delivery is not available.

 

International Shipping

If you are interested in International Shipping special arrangements can be made. Please contact us for more information as additional shipping charges, taxes and duties would apply. Note that "free shipping" items do not ship for free outside the 48 contiguous states.

 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
